"Su Callu Sardu" Caglio di Capretto Particular Sardinian Goat Cheese
Su Callu Sardu is a typical Sardinian cheese, made with rare and unique crafted production. Only few companies are allowed to produce and sell it. For its preparation, young goat's stomach must be filled with raw goat milk. The aging lasts from two to four months, then will be creamy, spicy and intense flavors. Usually it's eaten with two traditionals bread type, calleds "pistoccu" and "carasau", accompanied with a glass of red wine.
