The farm “Bontà del Gennargentu” by the Serusi family was born in Fonni in Barbagia where it has an orchard and a small mixed berry plant, all grown organically certified since 2007. In the workshop they work different varieties of fruit, it is produced from their orchard and those obtained from wild harvest, to turn them into excellent jams and marmalades.
Organic arbutus jam without colourings, preservatives and thickening agents, with the addition of sugar in tiny quantities.
Excellent for breakfast or snack spread on fresh or toasted bread, or for filling the best desserts.
Ingredients: arbutus, apple, sugar, lemon.
